Registered Nurse

Ohio Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care across our hospital and ambulatory settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care coordination, and clear documentation in the EHR. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

• Provide evidence-based, compassionate nursing care to diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following Ohio Health and regulatory standards.
• Monitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and clinical changes using electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Coordinate transitions of care, including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards in all care activities.
• Precept, mentor, and collaborate with peers and support staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice initiatives, and continuing education.

• Specialty nursing certification (e.g., PCCN, CCRN, OCN, CEN) preferred
