Job SummaryThis APP Fellow position will function primarily within the Family & Community Medicine Primary Care ambulatory setting managing the needs of the current patient population in collaboration with the team. They are an integral member of and will work collaboratively with, a multidisciplinary health care team.
The APP Fellow is generally aligned with a service-based team and manages the care of outpatients.
The APP Fellow should have a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and education and is responsible for promoting an environment of safe, high-quality care. The APP Fellow demonstrates an advanced level of medical knowledge, clinical and technical competency, sound clinical judgment, professionalism, effective interpersonal and communication skills, timely and compliant documentation, and a commitment to ongoing professional development and competency validation.
