Hickory Creek is looking for a dedicated RN/LPN to join our Team! Hickory Creek is a 99-bed facility with a great nurse to patient ratio. We specialize in Long-Term Care, Short Term, Dementia, Ventilators, IVs, wound care and Behavioral Health Management. We pride ourselves in the longevity within our employees. The Director of Nursing and Administrator are involved in the day to day operations and provide support.
