* Promotes and delivers holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.
* Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies
* Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
** About You
*** Diploma of Nursing (required)
* Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)

** The Role
** As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring precise documentation of all client-related interactions. You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Care principles, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.

* Responsibilities include:

**** To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:
** Experience in aged care (highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Patient Case Management skills.
