Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) implements professional nursing practice centered on the patient as a whole person, fostering a caring environment focused on healing and wellness. Nursing practices are evidence-based and aligned with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines. The RN coordinates and provides direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, patient education, and individualized care planning. Clinical decision-making incorporates the nursing process, critical thinking, and creativity to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• BLS , Annual Dysrhythmia Competency Validation, NIHSS, ACLS
• ADN or ASN degree.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to assess age-specific patient safety issues and implement appropriate safety devices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with care team members.
• Proficiency in computer systems and applications or ability to be trained.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree.
• Previous nursing experience.
