American Traveler is hiring a Medical Surgical Oncology RN with required oncology chemotherapy and biotherapy experience for a hospital day-shift assignment.
Details- Medical Surgical Oncology unit in a hospital setting
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 5x8 hours (7:30 AM-4:00 PM)
- May float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital
- Active KY State or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
- Oncology chemotherapy and biotherapy experience required
- Ambulatory clinic and phone triage experience preferred
- No licensure hits accepted for consideration
- Provide medical-surgical oncology nursing care in an inpatient hospital setting
- RTO limited to a maximum of 24 hours per 13-week contract and must be disclosed prior to start
- Candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility are not accepted
- Previous UK-affiliated staff must have a 6-month gap since their last assignment to be eligible to return as a traveler
