Travel RN - Telemetry - Progressive Care Unit

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring 2 years of med-surg telemetry experience and KY or compact RN licensure.

• Active KY or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EKG exam certification required
• ONS/ONCC certification preferred
• 2 years of med-surg telemetry experience required
• Oncology experience preferred
• Chemo certification preferred but not required
• Skilled in cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Clean license history required with no prior licensure hits

• Progressive/Acute Oncology telemetry unit
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:30
• 13-week assignment length
• Floating required within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate hospital
• Provide telemetry nursing care within an oncology patient population
• Expected to work some winter holidays
• Candidates must disclose all requested time off (RTO) at time of consideration, as requests made after offer will not be approved
• Local candidates residing within 100 miles are not accepted
• Former UK-affiliated staff must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler
