Job SummaryUK Health Care seeks an individual with advanced knowledge of molecular biology to oversee the clinical operations of the Genomics Facility. The position manages research and clinical testing personnel and directs work assignments based on sample flow. Responsibilities include the development of new molecular assays, preparing technical reports reflecting volume, testing results, analysis and adverse trends. The supervisor reports to the Enterprise Director of Laboratory Services and works with the Genomics Medical Director to meet the needs of patients and research clients.
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate research and clinical testing personnel.
- Direct work assignments according to sample flow.
- Assist in the development of new molecular assays.
- Prepare technical reports on volume, testing results, analysis and trends.

Bachelor of Science (BS). - Required Experience:
3 years in a related field. - Preferred Education/
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and previous supervisory experience highly preferred. - Required License/Registration/Certification:
