We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor based in Lexington, Kentucky to oversee quality validation processes for equipment and systems, support regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across established quality programs. Key Responsibilities

* Direct and support the development, execution, and documentation of validation activities for equipment, systems, and related processes.

* Oversee quality assurance procedures to help ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices.

* Review validation protocols, reports, deviations, and related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

* Evaluate existing quality and validation processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance readiness.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and regulatory stakeholders, to support quality objectives.

* Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and technical support to team members involved in quality validation activities.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

* Experience in quality assurance, validation, compliance, or a related function within a regulated industry.

* Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, quality systems, validation principles, and industry current practices.

* Ability to review technical documentation, identify compliance risks, and recommend practical process improvements.

* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or supervise team members in a professional environment.
