Quality System Support Technician

The Quality System Support Technician will help to ensure that non-conforming products do not continue through the production process and are not distributed to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production, including in-process and final inspections.
• Perform equipment calibrations and perform workstation audits.
• Create and maintain quality control documents and reports.
• Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure quality standards are met.
• Other tasks assigned by management

Required Education &

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required, associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working within the Manufacturing industry or related experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to use a variety of precision measuring tools, including micrometers and calipers
• Attention to detail

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Knowledge of quality control process preferred.
• Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite - Microsoft word / Excel / Power Point
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking and standing.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in industrial environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and production conditions.
