The Quality Assurance Associate ensures items, orders, and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying non‑conformances, and recommending improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Ensures items, orders, and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying nonconformances, and recommending improvements.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Examines and compares merchandise against the order ticket specifications once personalization is complete to verify the order has been completed properly before forwarding to Shipping for packing.
- Attention to detail, the ability to read and interpret order tickets, and a strong commitment to quality are essential.
- Assists the department in achieving the accuracy goal of less than 2%.
- Develops and maintains daily, weekly, and other reports related to Production quality.
- Communicates with the supervisor on problems and needs.
- Develops and relays improvements to the supervisor.
- Promotes teamwork.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Able to use a PC.
- Ability to lift and move 25lb totes regularly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a shift.
