Mount North Properties, our fast‑growing real‑estate investment and management arm, streamlines the entire property lifecycle—from acquisition to sale. We’re seeking a sharp, solutions‑focused Asset Manager to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 DOE

Responsibilities
  • Own day‑to‑day property readiness, managing transitions from occupied to vacant, clean‑out and sale‑ready stages across 25–30 concurrent projects.
  • Handle city violations, code issues, and inspection scheduling, including court officer communication.
  • Coordinate vendors for cleanouts, lawn care, repairs, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure properties are maintained while on the market.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and status reports for all assigned assets.
  • Communicate with market managers and leadership to remove roadblocks and keep projects on track.
  • Navigate city codes, violations, and inspection processes (a plus).
  • Take initiative, manage self, and operate with minimal oversight.
Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or operations.
  • Strong communicator comfortable managing contractors and timelines.
  • Detail‑driven and excellent at organizing logistics.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep tasks on track.
  • Knowledge of city codes, violations, or inspection processes (preferred).
  • High sense of ownership and self‑motivation.

  • Highly organized and detail‑driven with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to coordinate across multiple parties with clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve property‑level issues, especially around cleanouts and violations.
  • Experience in property management, real‑estate investing, or asset oversight strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, vendors, and timelines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple properties simultaneously with efficiency.
