We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented assistant to support the operations of residential rental properties while assisting with real estate research. This role requires approximately 3–5 hours per week for now
, with potential to grow. It is ideal for a college student interested in real estate investing and looking to earn extra income while gaining hands‑on experience.
- Show rental homes and coordinate prospective tenants
- Screen applicants and manage scheduling
- Serve as point of contact for tenant issues
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work
- Conduct move‑in and move‑out inspections
- Organize property and market information into structured templates
- Assist with additional research tasks as needed
- Valid Driver License and car
- Flexible and responsive (availability for showings, including occasional evenings/weekends)
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Detail‑oriented and able to work independently
- Great opportunity for practical exposure to property management and real estate operations.
