Position: Assistant, Associate or Full Professor for Cancer Survivorship and Supportive Oncology

Job Summary

The University of Kentucky College of Medicine, an NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, is hiring Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor candidates for tenure‑track faculty positions. Candidates should lead independent research programs in cancer survivorship and/or supportive oncology, including the continuum from diagnosis to end of life. Qualifications and Experience

• PhD or equivalent degree.

• Research interests in cancer prevention and control, survivorship, and supportive oncology.

• Extramural funded, rigorous, and innovative research portfolio in cancer survivorship, or strong potential to obtain such funding.

• Proven commitment to mentoring undergraduate, graduate, post‑graduate, junior faculty, and clinician scientists.

• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and work within a university‑based matrix cancer center.

Skills and Knowledge
  • Research focus in cancer survivorship and/or supportive oncology
  • Supervision and leadership experience
  • Technical writing and creative thinking skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
