Physical Requirements

lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50lbs, sitting for long periods of time to acquire and analyze data and to complete reports.

Job Summary

A postbaccalaureate will assist with current research projects focused on inherited neurodevelopmental disorders. The technician will manage lab resources, reagents, and supplies and assist current researchers with the collection, analysis, and/or organization of data from genetic, cell biology, molecular biology, or biochemical experiments.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

MS Office, image analysis, and database management. Strongly prefer knowledge or experience with molecular biology, light microscopy, biochemistry, or genetics. Strong writing and communication skills.

Preferred Education/Experience

Neuroscience, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Genetics or a related field. Experience with spreadsheets or database software for data analysis and record keeping.
