Position: Geoscience Data Analyst - Karst & Hazard Mapping (Temp)

The Kentucky Geological Survey (KGS), a publicly supported research center within the University of Kentucky (UK), is recruiting a temporary geoscience data analyst. You will analyze and process geospatial data related to karst and sinkholes, prepare maps and diagrams, and summarize results.

You will work with the Hydrogeology and Karst Team to evaluate karst risk and may perform field work. The role requires ArcGIS, Python, and Excel proficiency, a Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience or related
