Compass Group - Up to $16.20/hour - - Responsibilities:
Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in sanitary condition;
Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or loads them into dishwashing machine;
Washes pots, pans and trays and polishes silver using appropriate equipment;
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards and ensures safety compliance;
Keeps dish area orderly, sweeps and mops kitchen floors, and handles trash and supplies
