• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Experience utilizing retail technology
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others through coaching and mentoring
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around various areas of the store
