First Cash is looking for an entry‑level, full‑time Retail Sales Associate to work in our pawn store locations nationwide. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loan transactions, cash handling, and maintaining the sales floor. The role offers flexible hours, the opportunity for unlimited commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Hourly rate: $12.00‑$15.00 per hour plus commission on transactions (up to 8% of sales).

• Greet and engage all customers to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Process sales and loan transactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer inbound calls according to company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Collaborate with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks for extended periods of time.
• Physical ability to stand, stoop, walk, climb, push, pull, and lift as required.
• Firearm safety certification or ability to become certified.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work as part of a team.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible to work in multiple locations and at varied retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system proficiency.

Commission incentive information is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers can earn between 2% and 8% on transactions, based on gross profit and performance. Detailed plan information will be provided during the interview process.
