Role Overview
AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) – part‑time at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. Your goal is to deliver an amazing shopping experience, represent the brand, and build loyalty.
Responsibilities- Engage guests using the AE Selling Model and provide a “friends first” shopping mind‑set.
- Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- Assist teammates and maintain a team‑first mentality.
- Uphold integrity and always follow AEO policies and procedures.
- Enthusiastic people person who loves interacting with guests.
- Energetic, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
- Previous retail experience (minimum 16 years of age).
- Competitive starting pay, determined by experience and location.
