Assistant Store Leader- Guest Experience; Fayette Mall

150 - Fayette Mall, Lexington, KY.

The Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience in the store. The role includes hiring, training, and developing a passionate team, driving sales, and achieving key performance and guest satisfaction goals.

• Cultivate a guest‑focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Model excellent service standards and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team to achieve individual, store, and company goals.
• Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognition of individual contributions.
• Manage the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact the community.
• Hold self and the team accountable for achievement of P&L results and statistical standards.
• Provide timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance.

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests.
• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader, with knowledge of financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee relations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean, inviting environment.
• Genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community.
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking, capable of implementing revenue‑driven ideas and opportunities.
• Well‑groomed and styled appearance, reflecting a commitment to a world‑class guest experience.
• Ability to work a varied schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or hospitality management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
