The Person al Stylist, also known as MyStylist, plays a key role in delivering that story by meeting sales goals and creating exceptional customer experiences—both in‑store and online.

• Exceed sales goals by providing personalized, elevated shopping experiences in‑store and online.
• Drive customer acquisition through networking, leveraging social media, and creating compelling online presence to generate awareness and promote services.
• Partner with store teams, vendors, and community partners to develop and host virtual and in‑store events that generate incremental sales.
• Leverage selling tools and resources to increase annual spend and repeat client visit rates through outreach, correspondence, and virtual or in‑person appointments.
• Make data‑driven decisions to grow and understand local market and customer base.
• Meet regularly with the Store Manager to discuss performance, goals, and actions.
• Complete daily and weekly tasks such as checking emails, maintaining appointment bookings, customer follow‑ups, content creation, and other assigned duties.
• Attend vendor training and development workshops as assigned.
• Share knowledge and support peers in skill development while continuously improving own proficiency.
• Participate in store leadership meetings and visits.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment in line with company standards.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with dependable attendance.
• High‑level communication skills for diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Self‑starter who adapts quickly to changing expectations and needs.
• Resourceful and able to adjust priorities and deadlines swiftly.
• Keen sense of fashion with ability to coordinate items and employ suggestive selling techniques.
• Experience or familiarity with multiple lifestyles, business segments, and social media platforms to interact credibly with a broad customer base.
• Minimum of 3 years retail experience or other high‑touch selling position.

• Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or department.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
• Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
• Lifting and moving items weighing up to 25 lbs.
