Mobile Sales Associate

Farm Vet is a unique retailer specializing in equine and pet pharmaceuticals, supplements, healthcare & wellness products, therapy equipment, tack, and barn supplies. We prioritize the health of your horse and pets above all else. Our full-scale pharmacy offers medications for both large and small animals, including specialized compounding.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our traveling storefronts, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their shopping needs. Your primary focus will be on driving sales through effective communication and solution-based techniques. • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to encourage sales.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as necessary.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone with excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store organization
• Receive, stock, and manage inventory to minimize shrink
• Process sales transactions, cash handling, and reconciliation
• Perform deliveries as needed
• Support store activities, promotions, and special projects

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license
• Equine industry knowledge is required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player

• Background in Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Polo, Western disciplines, or Racing
• Previous retail experience, including inventory tracking and cycle counts
• Familiarity with Net Suite software
• Vet techs, recent grads, grooms, or tack store associates are strongly encouraged to apply
