Member Specialist

Position Summary

Provide member service and maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas. Resolve member issues and concerns and guide members on self-/service technology. Process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Promote Sam’s Club products and services. Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations. Maintain merchandise organization, zoning, and safe shopping environment. Manage paperwork, logs, and emergency response procedures.

Assist with training new associates on processes, technology, and new program rollouts. Identify shrink and damages. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and ethical standards.

Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include premiums up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
