Starting Pay Rate:

A Tidal Wave Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Team Leaders set example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team, learning how to run a car wash while having a great time. This position is a great way to get your foot in the door in one of the fastest growing industries in the country.

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
• Assist in opening and closing the facility
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines
• At least 18 years of age
