As a Shift Leader at our store located at 433 Jersey St, Lexington KY 40508, you will lead the bakery team during day or night shifts. Your responsibilities include predicting business flow, managing orders, and ensuring a productive and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers.

• Provide exceptional customer service and high‑quality products throughout customer experience.
• Maintain store operations during your shift, communicating relevant information and monitoring production efficiency.
• Hold the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assist in coaching and training team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food‑handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service focused role.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Outstanding communication, time‑management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor.
• Detail‑focused, results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
