This position is responsible for merchandising Kentucky Eagle’s product line at customer sites while providing support to the Delivery and Sales team.
Hours are 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday with occasional overtime as needed.

$19.00 to start, $20 at 6 months

We provide a company vehicle and gas card.

• Ensure coolers and store shelves are fully stocked while facing product.
• Rotate inventory in assigned retail accounts and notify appropriate personnel of potential freshness issues as outlined by Kentucky Eagle and its supplier guidelines.
• Build and maintain beverage product displays in retail accounts.
• Install and maintain Point‑of‑Sale materials.
• Ensure prices are visible on displays and shelves.
• Maintain all company areas, equipment and vehicle in accordance with Kentucky Eagle standards.
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales staff.
• Follow company and customer procedures.
• Provide support for sales promotions and special events.
• Complete administrative paperwork including daily submissions of tracking forms.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet requirements to obtain a license with the Kentucky ABC.
• Prior grocery retail stocking or merchandising experience preferred.
• 1 year experience of B2B customer service preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to company insurance carrier.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, squat, bend and twist.
• Must be able to perform repetitive lifting of product up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to use a two‑wheel cart, pallet jack and other equipment.
• Strong internal and external customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in team setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends with minimal supervision.
• HS Diploma or GED
