Overview

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Fluent in English (B2 level); additional European language (Italian, French, German, or Spanish) at B2 level preferred
• Willing and available to live and work onboard a cruise ship for a 5‑month contract

• Drive sales and service performance by managing all operational aspects of the store's exhibition areas
• Deliver a memorable retail experience onboard, creating excitement around brands and products
• Lead by example, inspiring the team with energy, trust, and a strong alignment to company values
• Foster strong relationships with onboard and shore‑based management to ensure transparency and collaboration

• Maintain high visual merchandising and marketing standards, optimizing retail space and rotating products throughout the cruise
• Oversee logistics operations including loading, unloading, restocking, and general cleanliness of display areas
• Take full responsibility for the daily administration and smooth operation of the onboard shops
• Maximize store opening hours while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and onboard programming
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of retail staff, identifying training needs and providing regular brand, sales, and service updates
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting, voyage summaries, and guest feedback collection
