Job Summary

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for a high‑energy, positive‑attitude, team‑minded cashier to join our retail store team. The role supports our core values of respect, excellence and integrity, and focuses on delivering great customer service while helping our community.

• Pay: $12.00 per hour
• Job type:
  Full‑time
• Shift: 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm (five 8‑hour days)
• Hours of operation:
  Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Complete transactions, handle money in all forms responsibly, and maintain accuracy of point‑of‑sale purchases.
• Sort, grade, process, stock shelves, and sell used donated goods.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to keep the store clean.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• No specific education required.
• Preferred: 1 year of customer service and/or production experience.

• Ability to lift/carry 10 lbs. frequently and up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
