General Merchandise Clerk

Deliver remarkable customer service by providing exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.

• Build rapport with customers and display a friendly, outgoing attitude.
• Assist customers with questions; if unable, direct them to another team member.
• Stock product and maintain sales floor displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and managers on additional tasks as needed.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Process-driven and able to follow procedures in an organized and efficient way.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and stand for long periods.
• Desire to work with customers on a consistent basis.

Candidate must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and must be able to work morning shifts including 1midnight‑8am shift.
