Job Overview

Job Type: Regular Work.

Location:

Best Buy 259 - Lexington, KY 40503. Pay: $16.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week;
Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Provide competitive insights and report sales activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, and presentable.
• Accurately document and report sales and customer interactions.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Maintain professional interaction with both customers and employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Direct customers by escorting them to displays, assess needs, and suggest products. Advise customers with information on products and services and help them make selections. Accurately document and report sales. Ensure all paperwork is submitted completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm and an outgoing personality.
• Experience in retail or customer service in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1‑year job experience required.

Stable, weekly schedule. Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability. Paid online training completed, $25 per month. Technology reimbursement. Representation of an environmentally friendly company.
