We are seeking an experienced and driven Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for home décor, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and helping customers find the perfect pieces to complete their homes.

• Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Provide knowledgeable and creative design advice to customers
• Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of our furniture products
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, store promotions, and market trends
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Communicate and execute different customer financing options
• Answer calls and messages
• Must be able to lift furniture and reorganize the showroom floor in a team

• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or furniture sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Should be able to assemble furniture
