Target is offering a Stores Executive Intern program in Central Kentucky for Summer 2027. This paid internship is a 40 hr/week hands-on training path designed to preview the Store Executive Leader role (Assistant Store Manager) over a defined period.
You will work with the ETL mentor and other leaders, gaining exposure to multiple areas of the store while leading teams to meet priorities and deliver great guest service.
