Kid to Kid is a locally owned, family-operated children’s resale business helping families save money, earn money, and shop smarter. We buy and sell gently loved children’s clothing, shoes, toys, baby gear, and more—giving quality items a second life while making them accessible to families in our community.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll help families find outfits and products, keep the store organized and inviting, operate the register, and work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where every day is different. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, ownership, and pride in their work rather than waiting to be told what to do.

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Help customers find outfits, gifts, sizes, and products.
• Organize merchandise and maintain store standards.
• Process transactions accurately at the register.
• Educate customers about our resale process.
• Assist with inventory processing and merchandising.
• Create engaging social media content.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Take initiative and contribute wherever needed.

• Retail or customer service experience.

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions at our Lexington, Kentucky location. Weekend availability is required, and the more flexible your availability, the more we can work with your schedule.
