Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the buying and selling process, providing tailored recommendations based on detailed market analyses.
- Negotiate terms effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
- Manage CRM updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in customer and transaction records.
- Prepare and verify technical and promotional materials for aircraft listings.
- Coordinate aircraft showings, pre-buy inspections, and maintenance approvals.
- Maintain open lines of communication across departments and with clients, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Regularly participate in team meetings, staying prepared and proactive in all discussions.
- 3+ years required - Proven sales background with specific training in sales techniques.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
- Understanding of legal contract language and comfortable discussing financial matters.
- Ability to relate to others as questions, and challenge opinions diplomatically.
