Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the buying and selling process, providing tailored recommendations based on detailed market analyses.
• Negotiate terms effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
• Manage CRM updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in customer and transaction records.
• Prepare and verify technical and promotional materials for aircraft listings.
• Coordinate aircraft showings, pre-buy inspections, and maintenance approvals.
• Maintain open lines of communication across departments and with clients, ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Regularly participate in team meetings, staying prepared and proactive in all discussions.

• 3+ years required - Proven sales background with specific training in sales techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
• Understanding of legal contract language and comfortable discussing financial matters.
