Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Lexington, KY, for an Agency Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, promoting Colonial Life's products to potential clients, and cultivating new business opportunities. You will deliver presentations to groups, manage client accounts, and support ongoing enrollment and benefit implementation processes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with teams to reach sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Proven skills in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities
- Knowledge or experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field
- Ability to meet targets and objectives in a client‑facing role
- Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking
- Experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
