We are seeking a motivated Growth Representative to join our team and drive customer acquisition and business expansion. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for building relationships. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand the value of Plan Street’s solutions while contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Nurture inbound leads and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on human services and healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and product offerings.
- Provide feedback from prospects and clients to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success (experience in SaaS or B2B tech preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales automation tools.
