We are a local, volume builder who allows personalization and in need of licensed, self-driven real estate agents that thrive in an independent, competitive team environment! We have multiple opportunities for experienced on-site sales professionals! Locations include Lexington KY & Surrounding Areas.

• Knowledge of community product in order to professionally assist buyers through the contract process.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Set follow-Up appointments and develop long term professional relationships
• Lead generation of potential buyers
• Manage buyers with exceptional customer service from contract to closing.

• Minimum of 3 years new home sales experience is a plus
• Sales experience in real estate & construction is a plus
• Willingness to learn, embrace the Dalamar Homes culture & processes
• Reach & exceed sales goals

This is a commission only real estate career with a local builder that builds approximately 100 + homes a year. Only serious, highly driven individuals will be considered for this opportunity!
