THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

As our Cosmetology School Admissions Leader, you'll spend your days connecting with prospective students who are ready for a new career path in cosmetology or esthetics. You'll:

* Conduct engaging phone, Zoom, and in-person interviews to qualify and enroll students

* Build relationships that move people from "thinking about it" to "I'm ready to start!"

* Ask for the sale confidently and consistently-closing enrollments and meeting goals

* Manage follow-ups and maintain a steady, organized pipeline of leads

We can train on industry knowledge-what we can't train is your ability to sell.

* Proven sales experience

* A friendly, confident personality with strong communication skills

* The ability to close sales face-to-face, over the phone, or via Zoom
