OPC is seeking a high energy individual to join us as a Residential Sales Representative in the quickly growing Lexington and Central Kentucky service areas.

• Competitive salary and uncapped sales commissions — training salary for up to 12 weeks is $2000 per biweekly pay period. Upon successful completion of training earn a base wage between $36,000 to $45,000 annually in salary plus uncapped sales commissions;

• Minimum age is 18
• High School Diploma/GED required
• 2 years sales experience required
• 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

• Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
• Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments after training
• Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
