Senior Living Community Relations Director Highgrove at Tates Creek – Lexington, KY

Highgrove at Tates Creek, a well-established senior living community in the heart of Lexington, is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a community known for its welcoming atmosphere, strong leadership team, and commitment to providing exceptional care and service to residents and families.

Position Overview

The Community Relations Director will drive occupancy growth through strategic outreach, community engagement, and a consultative sales approach. This individual will guide prospective residents and families through every step of the decision-making process—from initial inquiry to move-in—while building strong referral partnerships throughout the Lexington market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
  • Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehab providers, home health agencies, and local community organizations
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including inquiry response, tours, follow-up, and closing
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting through CRM tracking
  • Collaborate closely with operations and clinical leadership to ensure a seamless and positive move-in experience
  • Represent Highgrove at Tates Creek at networking and community events
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of senior living sales experience (AL/IL/MC preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in lead conversion and occupancy growth
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and a data-driven sales process
  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and schedule flexibility
