We make it very simple for you.

• We generate the leads from various sources
• Once they are ready to make a move
• We work with them to get them Pre Qualified
• Once they are Pre Qualified we send them to an agent partner in the location they would like to purchase
• The agent partner takes the Buyer over
• The agent partner writes the contract and gets under contract
• Our in house Transaction Coordinator assists throughout the contract process
• Buyers Closes and you get paid!
