Investment Sales Representative to join a fast-growing, performance-driven team of real estate professionals. This role is built for a

What You’ll Do- Build long-term, high-trust relationships with investors and prospective investors through1:1 concierge-style sales experiences
- Actively
hunt, qualify, and convert inbound and outbound investor leads into strong opportunities - Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, follow-ups, referrals, and strategic networking
- Guide investors through opportunities by understanding their goals and matching them with the right solutions
- Stay informed on local and national real estate market trends to position yourself as a trusted expert
- Own your pipeline—maintain accurate CRM records and consistently move deals forward
- Collaborate daily with a high-energy, fast-paced sales team
- Track, report, and optimize performance through daily, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics
- Consistently
meet and exceed KPIs tied directly to your earnings and growth
- A
natural closer with a competitive, high-performance mindset - Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and earns trust
- Comfortable selling
over the phone and in person - Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by results—not excuses
- Experienced in B2C sales;
real estate or investment sales experience strongly preferred - Proven ability to generate and convert leads
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow within a winning culture
- Active Real Estate License (or currently pursuing)
- 1+ year experience generating real estate or investment leads
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Clean background check
- $100,000–$130,000 OTE
- Performance-based earnings with no ceiling for top producers
