Commercial HVAC Sales Representative

Location:
Lexington, KY

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 base + commission

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC/R and Electrical Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and electrical products, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the HVAC/R and electrical markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding HVAC/R and electrical solutions.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales quotes and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote company products and services.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HVAC/R or electrical sales, with a solid understanding of related products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Relevant certifications in HVAC/R or electrical disciplines are a plus.
