We are seeking driven, competitive, and money-motivated individuals to join our team as a Financial Sales Broker. This is a high-energy, sales-focused position centered around B2B cold calling, client acquisition, and business funding solutions.
Training & Compensation- Training Period (15 Weeks): $1,200/week base + commissions
- Junior Broker: $1,500/week base + commissions
- Senior Broker (8–12 Months): $2,000/week base + commissions
- Qualify merchants and identify funding needs
- Collect and submit full applications
- Present business loan solutions
- All leads provided
- CRM, dialer, and phone systems
- Scripts and structured training
- Ongoing coaching and advancement opportunities
