Job Description

Top Notch Marketing Solutions, Inc. is an in‑store promotional marketing and sales company. Our clients have a huge presence in some of the nation's largest retailers.

We bring the traditional forms of marketing to life by putting people inside stores to help customers with any questions they may have and show customers the benefits these clients provide. This face‑to‑face method of marketing has a proven track record of success.

Due to this success we are a rapidly growing company that is always looking for more. We are planning to double in size throughout the end of 2016 and moving into 2017.

We specialize in retail marketing and sales and we apply a customer‑friendly, direct, results‑driven approach to our marketing research and sales. Because of our proven success and expertise, we continue to expand our client portfolio as we dramatically increase our clients’ product exposure, sales and brand recognition.

Sales Representatives should be comfortable with face‑to‑face sales with customers as this position is not a phone sales role.

At a base level, we train Sales Representatives to act as liaisons between clients and prospective customers in the Lexington/Nicholasville business market. On a management level, we act as an advisory agent to marketing firms within the organization as well as prepare recently‑promoted Managing Partners to oversee new markets and campaigns.

Responsibilities in this program include:

  • Marketing Strategies and Sales Techniques
  • Oversee Campaign Development
  • Manage Customer Service, Administration, and Sales People
Qualifications

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Local Candidates Only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Advertising or Sales (preferred)
  • Minimum zero to three years of relevant experience in marketing management with proven success, however we offer paid training
  • Must have a wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution
  • Should be a proactive self‑starter with the ability to work independently
  • Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure
  • Ability to work in a high energy environment
  • Ambition, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Experience in face‑to‑face sales of services to new business prospects is not required but an asset
  • Be a self‑starter with problem solving skills
  • Be a career oriented individual searching for rapid growth
