What will you do:- Drive sales performance by developing and maintaining strong relationships with assigned contractors through regular field visits and interactions

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, bids, and proposals while conducting effective product demonstrations
- Identify and engage prospective customers to generate new business opportunities and foster repeat business
- Execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed targets within your assigned geographical territory
- Proven track record in face-to-face and remote B2B sales with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to understand and address contractor needs effectively
- Excellence in creating and delivering impactful sales presentations and proposals
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new business opportunities
- Strong organizational and territory management capabilities
