Do you have a passion for sales, customer service, and helping seniors find the perfect place to call home? Richmond Place Senior Living is seeking a Senior Residency & Sales Counselor to drive occupancy growth through relationship-based sales, exceptional customer experiences, and personalized guidance for prospective residents and their families. This role also serves as a mentor and trainer for newer sales team members.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage and nurture sales leads from inquiry to move-in
- Conduct personalized community tours and create exceptional first impressions
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners
- Explain pricing, services, and move-in processes with confidence and clarity
- Maintain accurate prospect records in Salesforce
- Support marketing events, open houses, and community outreach activities
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a seamless move-in experience
- Track sales performance metrics and support occupancy goals
- Mentor and train less-experienced sales team members
- 4+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
- Passion for serving seniors and their families
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
