USA Insulation is the only company in the country that injects proprietary foam insulation directly into the wall cavities of existing homes — from the outside, no demolition, no mess. Most homeowners have never heard of it. When they find out it's possible and what it does to their energy bills and comfort, the conversation closes itself for the right salesperson.

We ve done this in over 150,000 homes nationwide. We know the product works. We need someone who can work the room.

The Role
  • Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments — no cold calling, no door knocking
  • Educate homeowners, handle objections, and close on the first visit
  • Work a few days a week, or full time — your call
  • Cover Central Kentucky
What You Earn
  • $120,000–$150,000+ first-year earning potential
  • Commission-based with performance bonuses

Who We Want

You ask for the sale every time. You don t fold when someone says "let me think about it." You ve sold in someone s home before, or you re young, hungry, and sharp enough to learn fast. Either way, you carry yourself professionally and you know the difference between pushing and persuading. Semi-retired and still sharp? Great. Side-gigging your way to a better W-2?
