Full-Time Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The associate greets, engages, and assists customers, processes sales, loans, and other transactions, and works with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Compensation consists of an hourly wage ($14.00 to $15.00 per hour) plus commission based on productivity.

• Greets and interacts with all customers to establish rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates the legal aspects of the pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
• Completes assigned training.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to perform duties for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work with people and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient basic math calculation skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in multiple locations and on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems and common office machines.

• Hourly wage $14.00–$15.00 per hour.
• Commission up to 8% on transactions (potentially $3.58 per hour on top of hourly rate).
